Information you share

If you subscribe to Braidspan insights, we collect your email address and a record of your subscription and confirmation.

When you submit a partnership inquiry, you provide your name, organization, email address, the type of organization you represent and your message. You may also provide a phone number and location or market.

If you email us directly, we receive the contact details and information included in your correspondence. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information through the general inquiry form.

How we use it

Subscription emails and newsletters sent through Brevo may record whether an email is opened and which links are clicked, using tracking images and links. These records can be associated with your email address and include technical details such as IP address, device information and timestamps. We use this information to understand engagement and improve our emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We use subscriber details to send occasional research, insights and updates you have requested, and to manage your subscription. Submitting a partnership inquiry does not subscribe you to these emails.

We use inquiry information to respond, understand the opportunity or question you raise, and manage related business discussions. We may also use it to maintain business records, protect our services and meet applicable obligations.

Service providers

This website uses Cloudflare for hosting and network security, Formspree to process website inquiries, Google Workspace for email, and Brevo to manage newsletter subscriptions and deliver subscription emails and newsletters. These providers may process information to deliver their services. We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect our rights and services.

Website operation

Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, timestamps and request logs to operate and protect the website.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand website visits and performance. This service does not use cookies or track individual visitors across websites. Its aggregate reports help us improve the website.

Keeping information

We keep subscriber information while your subscription is active and as reasonably needed to manage consent and unsubscribe requests.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry or business relationship and for applicable recordkeeping, legal or security purposes.

Questions and requests

You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter or by contacting us. We may retain a limited record of your unsubscribe request so we can continue to respect it.

You can contact us to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop further business follow-up. We will consider requests under applicable law and may need to verify your identity or retain certain records.
